  James Mabrey has over 25 years experience in the real estate industry. His specialty is assembling large tracts of rural land just outside major cities, but still within distance of the job force and working with nearby municipalities, counties, school districts, police and fire departments and state legislatures to create new development areas that lacked regional infrastructure needed for urban type developments. (click here to view Past Projects)  These special taxing districts typically have tax values exceeding 1 billion dollars and bond revenues to the owner in excess of $100 million. This background gives Mabrey and his partners the ability analyze these complicated types of development s and purchase from lenders that have been forced to foreclose and need to a quick solution.

James has also been involved in several successful real estate transactions including Timber and commercial tracts, condominium construction, retail properties and has experience in environmentally sensitive areas including coastal land.
