Our capital source partners understand the new paradigm in real estate acquisitions is to quickly get through the due diligence process and close as soon as practicable. Many sellers today do not have the time to wait on an appraisal, bank approval processes or the possibility that a potential buyer cannot obtain the capital to close a transaction.

Our approach utilizing our in-house experience allows us to rapidly analyze even the most complicated deals and close quickly. Our due diligence period can be as short as 7 to 14 days. The industry norm is 30 to 45 days and possibly longer. Although Precept utilizes banks and lenders, most of the time it is for purposes of refinance. We do not require financing to close, so the closing can typically occur very quickly.
